Our stone ground tortillas are available in 4" and 6" tortilla sizes. Each corn variety is sourced of only non-gmo corn that has been passed on from one family to another in 4 varieties: white, yellow, red and blue corn.

PAIRS BEST WITH:
White corn is mild in flavor and it yields a very soft tortilla. It pairs well with everything including pork (carnitas), chicken, etc.

Yellow corn is mild in flavor and it yields a stronger tortilla. It is ideal for tacos, chilaquiles, tostadas or chips.

Red corn has a sweetness at the end and it yields a beautiful burgundy color tortilla. It goes great with steak tacos and vegetables such as eggplant.

how to heat tortillas

 
 

Place tortillas on a pre-heated comal or pan over high heat.

Heat for 10-20 seconds per side or until soft and warm.

If the tortillas smell toasty, with a few browned spots, you're doing it right.
