Sonoran Flour Tortillas (Pork Fat)

Yoli Sonoran style flour tortillas are made with just four ingredients: unbleached flour, locally sourced pork leaf fat, sea salt and water. Multiple sizes available.

Corn Tortillas

Made with stone ground corn, water, and lime, these gluten-free tortillas are available in several heirloom corn varieties and sizes.

Totopos (chips)

Chamoy

Corn tortilla totopos seasoned with ground hibiscus blossoms and chiles. They’re just the right amount of sweet and sour.

Macha Morita

Corn tortilla totopos dusted with our house-made Macha Morita seasoning. Freshly ground morita peppers deliver a smoky taste with a touch of spice.

Sea Salt

A hint of sea salt lets the flavor of stone ground corn shine in these totopos. They’re a classic for a reason.

Bacon & Egg Burritos

Crisp bacon, fluffy eggs, caramelized onions, and potatoes wrapped in a Sonoran style flour tortilla.

Chorizo Burritos

Local Pig Chorizo, scrambled eggs and potatoes wrapped in a Sonoran style flour tortilla.

Tamales

Filled masa wrapped in a corn husk, ready to steam. Rotating fillings may include Panchita (pork), Pollo Verde (chicken), Brisket (beef), along with vegetarian and vegan options.

Tlacoyos

Blue and white corn masa filled with pinto beans and shredded Queso Chihuahua. Ready to be warmed up in a microwave, oven or great in the air fryer. Vegetarian.

Queso

American cheese flavored with peppers, onions, tomatoes and spices. Vegetarian.

Sourdough buns with a masa-based topping. Topping flavors include chocolate, vanilla and masa.

Masa Cookies

Sugar cookie meets cornbread in this not too sweet cookie. Made in house with Yoli stone ground corn.

Chocolate chip cookie made with maizo, a fermented corn product. Sweet and a hint of savory earthiness.
