In this hands on class, attendees will learn each step in making both savory and sweet empanadas. We will make the dough, make savory and sweet fillings, learn how to properly fill and shape empanadas and how to fry them. Class includes a welcome cocktail, agua fresca, glass of wine or beer.

Class Information:

  • We provide aprons and gloves for class.

  • Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a hair tie (if you have long hair).

  • If there is an allergy, please let us know! We are happy to accommodate as much as possible.

  • Menu is subject to slight modification based on ingredient availability.

  • Under 18, must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation policy:

Half refund for cancellations 72 hours prior to the class. No refunds will be provided if you cancel within 72 hours of class time.

If class is cancelled by Yoli, refunds or credits for future classes will be provided.

The Tamales class was such a great time and very well done.

I thought the group size was perfect, appreciating such a small group, and the price was fair. Marissa was so kind and welcoming, and never made things feel rushed.
